In addition to offering these very special, 1 day intensives this winter, I schedule one-on-one, small, and large group classes. I believe that the best learning happens in a fun environment where wisdom and heart come together. I have a beautiful power point full of pictures and helpful images that I bring to class. We will discuss important topics related logistical and emotional preparation for your birth. We will move our bodies, discuss birth plans, and dive into your hearts desire for your sacred birth experience. These classes are incredibly unique and valuable to building spirit and wisdom for your birth and postpartum.

of the classes listed on the flier above.

1) Text, call or email me for a brief intro call.
2) Pick a date & time to start our class.
Pick in-home, office, or zoom.
3) We decide how many classes are necessary
to cover all the things (usually 2 - 6 classes).
4) Class fees paid and the learning begins!
